RMBPL® BM003 is a bio-based resin compound designed to replace traditional conventional plastic products for extrusion coating applications and is manufactured using sustainable and renewable resources which can be processed at ease in the existing or same conventional manufacturing machinery providing industry and customers an opportunity to reduce the carbon emission.
RMBPL® BM003 can be coated at a minimum thickness up to 18Gsm to 30Gsm or above with base paper/board depending on bonding requirement for both hot and cold applications. The adhesive coating provides good bond strength with good sealing properties similar to base paper/board and LDPE coating.
